Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Policy

A deposit is required to confirm your commitment before we begin your project. This ensures efficient resource allocation and prevents delays.

Promotional Prices: Promotional offers are time-limited and apply only during the specified period.

2. Project Timeline

  • Standard Websites: Delivered within 5–7 days.

  • Custom/Complex Websites: Timelines vary based on project complexity and will be determined after discussions.

3. Payment Structure

Payments are structured in phases based on project milestones. Specific details will be shared upon engagement.

Important Note:
Failure to make payments as scheduled may result in the temporary suspension of your website. Restoration will occur upon receiving outstanding payments.

4. Website Duration

Your website’s hosting and domain are valid for one year. Afterward, you may:

  • Upgrade to a new package.

  • Renew hosting and domain services.

  • Discontinue the website.

5. Pricing Policy

All hosting and related services are priced in U.S. dollars. Quoted prices are valid for a specified period and may be subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations or service cost adjustments.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must:

  • Provide all necessary business or organizational details promptly.

  • Be available for feedback and reviews.

  • Adhere to the agreed design and payment schedule.

7. Payment Details

All payments should be made to our official company account: Miracle Seriki Digitals Limited.
Do not send payments to personal accounts. For verification or inquiries, contact us via WhatsApp: +234 911 806 9755.

After payment, share the transaction receipt via WhatsApp for confirmation.

8. Revisions and Additional Requests

The project will be completed based on the agreed scope. Any additional changes beyond the original plan will incur extra costs.

9. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, as we are committed to delivering high-quality services. However, if a refund request is made, all fees spent on resources (such as hosting, domain, and third-party tools) will be deducted. Additionally, a fair compensation fee for the work already done will be deducted before processing any refund. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.

10. Post-Delivery Support

  • Free support for minor fixes is provided for 30 days after delivery.

  • Major updates, such as redesigns or new features, will incur additional charges.

11. Communication

All discussions must be conducted via approved channels, including email, WhatsApp, or phone calls, to ensure proper documentation.

12. Liability Limitations

  • Website Maintenance & Insurance: As a website design and hosting company, we provide 1 year of all-round maintenance and insurance for websites hosted with us. If a website experiences issues during this period, we will either troubleshoot and restore it or create a new one free of charge.

  • Content Responsibility:

    • If the client provides the content, they are solely responsible for its accuracy, legality, and ownership. We do not verify client-submitted content for authenticity or legal compliance.

    • If we create the content for the client, we ensure it is original and professionally written. However, the client must review and approve all content before publishing. Any legal issues arising from the content after approval will be the client’s responsibility.

  • Third-Party Services: We are not liable for service disruptions caused by domain registrars or other third-party services unrelated to our hosting and design infrastructure.

  • Fraudulent Activities: We are not responsible for websites taken down due to legal violations or fraudulent activities.

13. Intellectual Property

Website designs and code remain the intellectual property of Miracle Seriki Digitals Limited until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights transfer to the client, excluding third-party tools, plugins, or licensed assets.

14. Confidentiality

We will not disclose client project details without consent. Similarly, clients must maintain the confidentiality of pricing and project agreements.

15. Agreement Termination

  • If a client cancels after work has commenced, payments already made are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to terminate a project due to delayed payments or unresponsiveness.

16. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, arbitration will be conducted under Nigerian law.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or regulatory changes.
